Through our specialised approach, we empower participants to maximise their NDIS plans, achieve their goals, and enhance their overall well-being.
We provide both Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination services.
Our Support Coordination services aim to help you develop the necessary skills to comprehend and utilise your NDIS plan effectively. A support coordinator will collaborate with you to ensure a diverse range of supports are used to enhance your ability to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, achieve greater independence, and actively participate in your community
Specialist Support Coordination represents an advanced level of support intended for individuals facing complex circumstances that require specialised assistance. A specialist Support Coordinator will help you navigate challenges within your support system and ensure consistent service delivery.
Your Support Coordinator will help you:

Connect with people in your life such as family, friends and carers to help you achieve your goals
Connect with providers
