Our staff are trained to provide skills development to assist individuals within their own homes. This can include meal planning, budgeting, and setting up appointments as well as a range of other skills to help support your lifestyle.
We are a registered provider with the NDIS Commission. We undergo regular audits and are certified to meet NDIS Practice Standards. We are also audited and certified against international JAS-ANZ standards for quality service provision.

Empowering Connection was started by a Bailey Hames, who lives with ASD and has a mother with MS. He started Empowering Connection as he was unhappy with the services available and wanted to raise the bar for Support Providers and make a difference

NDIS registered providers have applied to the NDIA and have met their strict quality and safety standards to achieve accreditation.
To be registered as an NDIS provider, these providers need to apply to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission). They need to do an audit against the NDIS Practice Standards, and they need to meet and adhere to the NDIS Code of Conduct and support their workers to meet its requirements.
The NDIS will do an assessment of the organisation. Once they’ve made their decision, the organisation will have to meet the registration requirements and they will receive a Certificate of Registration.
For an organisation to be approved, they need to:
have an in-house complaints management and resolution system and support participants who need to make a complaint,
have an in-house incident management system and notify the NDIS Commission of reportable incidents,
make sure all workers are screened through a new national worker screening process,
meet new behaviour support requirements (if applicable), including reporting restrictive practices to the NDIS Commission.
We can accept all NDIS funding styles including Agency Managed, Plan Managed, or Self Managed.
As a Registered NDIS provider we are audited and certified against international JAS-ANZ standards for quality service provision. This includes an Auditor interviewing our staff, some clients, reviewing our operations, and more.
We are required to adhere to NDIS practice standards set by the NDIS
As part of our Certification process, the NDIS look at the level of quality of our services. Only providers with the Highest Quality services are endorsed as a Registered NDIS Provider.

Registered providers are required to meet a high standard of service provision. Unregistered providers do not need to meet any standards or rules.
Choosing a Registered provider means choosing a provider that has made a commitment to high quality service provision.
Choosing a registered provider means choosing a provider that can accept all NDIS funding Styles and provide more services than an Unregistered. We can accept Self Managed, Plan Managed, or Agency managed NDIS plans and provide specialised supports.
