Empowering Connection is working hard preparing our Aging and Aged Care service offerings.

We expect to be ready to deliver Aged Care services from Quarter 3 2024 (September - October) to all residents of the Fleurieu with a Home Care Package (Level 1, 2, 3, or 4). We intend on being a full service provider offering:

• In-Home Domestic Assistance

• Personal Care

• Transportation Services

• Adaptive Equipment Training

• Social and Community Supports

• Allied Health (Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy)

• Home Maintenance and Gardening

• Medication Management

• Dementia Care

• Cleaning and Domestic Assistance
