High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA)
Providing expert support for high-intensity daily personal activities, delivered with skill, care, and dignity by our trained team.
About Our HIDPA Supports.
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities involve specialised, higher-risk supports that require workers with advanced training and competency. As a registered NDIS Provider, our HIDPA team is clinically led and rigorously trained in all NDIS-mandated high-intensity supports.
We can assist with:
Complex Bowel Care
This involves managing bowel programs and interventions for participants with high-level needs. Our team provides safe, consistent support to maintain comfort, hygiene, and dignity.
Sub-Cutaneous Injections
This includes administering prescribed injections under the skin as part of a clinical care plan. Our staff are trained to perform these safely and accurately while monitoring participant wellbeing.
Mealtime Management & Dysphagia Support
This covers assistance with safe eating and drinking, including managing swallowing difficulties (dysphagia). Our team ensures nutrition is delivered safely, reducing risk and promoting independence where possible.
Tracheostomy Care
Tracheostomy care includes cleaning, suctioning, and monitoring a participant’s tracheostomy to ensure airway safety. Our trained staff deliver this care with precision and confidence.
Wound and Pressure Care
Wound and pressure care involves treating and managing wounds and pressure areas to promote healing and prevent complications. Our team uses clinically informed practices for safe, effective care.
Epilepsy & Seizure Response
Epilepsy and seizure response involves recognising, monitoring, and responding to seizures. We provide timely, trained support to ensure participant safety and comfort during and after events.
Ventilation Assistance
Ventilation assistance involves supporting participants who require breathing support through ventilators. We provide expert monitoring, setup, and emergency response to ensure respiratory safety.
Diabetes Management
Diabetes management includes monitoring blood glucose, administering insulin, and supporting dietary needs. We provide careful, person-centred care to maintain health and prevent complications.
Care Plans Developed by Experts, That Put You First.
We collaborate closely with your allied health practitioners and NDIS behaviour support practitioners to develop personalised care plans that meet your specific needs. Every support we provide is carefully planned, evidence-based, and fully compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards, ensuring safety, consistency, and the best possible outcomes for each participant.
