Our Social and Community Support services help participants of all ages engage in meaningful activities, build confidence, and strengthen social connections. Whether it’s joining a local group, attending events, participating in recreational programs, or exploring new hobbies, our experienced team provides personalised support to ensure every participant can access their community safely and confidently. We focus on fostering independence, promoting wellbeing, and helping participants create a sense of belonging in their community.

Participation in Community Activities
Support to attend local events, recreational programs, social groups, and volunteering opportunities, helping participants build relationships and confidence.
Transport and Mobility Support
Assistance to safely travel to and from community activities, appointments, or social events, ensuring participants can access their community independently or with support.
Skill-Building and Independence
Guidance to develop life skills, such as communication, social interaction, and problem-solving, to enhance confidence in community participation.
Safety and Supervision
Trained staff provide supervision and support during activities to maintain safety, promote engagement, and ensure participants feel confident in new settings.
Personalised Activity Planning
We work with participants to design activities that reflect their interests, goals, and abilities, ensuring every experience is meaningful and enjoyable.
