Group Activities
We offer a vibrant calendar of group activities that encourage connection, fun, and personal growth. From community lunches and cooking classes to wellness walks, café catch-ups, and hobby-based sessions — there’s something for everyone. Participants can attend casually or join ongoing programs.
Activities are inclusive, low-pressure, and built around participant input. Group programs help build routine, communication skills, and confidence. Staff support is provided at varying ratios (1:3 standard), and groups are rotated across different locations to encourage variety and exploration.
This support can be used for:
Participating in cooking and healthy living classes
Attending music, art, or movement sessions
Joining community BBQs and park days
Exploring local shops, cafés, and markets as a group
Connecting with peers in interest-based social spaces
How this links to the Connect + Thrive Framework: Group activities provide a natural setting for building relationships, practicing social skills, and discovering joy. They foster a sense of belonging and encourage participants to thrive within their community.
