Aged Care · Support at Home

Aged care that keeps you connected.

Care at home and in your community, shaped around the routines, relationships and choices that matter to you.

Local care across the Fleurieu Peninsula. Talk with us about support in your area.

Keep your routines. Choose your support.

Home is more than a place. It is your routines, your familiar surroundings and the people you want around you. We take time to understand what matters to you and plan care that helps you stay involved in everyday life.

You can involve family, friends or a carer in the conversation. We will explain your options, who will provide your care and what it will cost before arrangements are agreed.

Understanding your care options

The services in your plan depend on your needs, your care arrangements and any funding approval. If you have a Support at Home plan, we can talk through the support you have been approved for and discuss what can be arranged locally.

We explain service charges and any contributions or separate costs before you agree to care. If you are arranging care privately, ask our team about suitable options and a quote.

If you are new to government-funded aged care, visit My Aged Care to learn about assessment and available support. You are welcome to contact EC for help understanding where to start.

Let’s find the right care for you

You do not need to have everything worked out before you call. We will listen and explain the next steps.

  1. Tell us what matters. Share the routines, goals and tasks you want help with.
  2. Explore your options. We discuss your needs, care plan, local availability and costs.
  3. Plan your care. We agree the services, people and timing with you.
  4. Keep in touch. We review your support when your needs or preferences change.
