Plan management makes your NDIS funding simple, stress-free and fully under your control. Our trusted team takes care of the financial side of your plan with transparency and care, so you can focus on what matters most.

Choosing a plan manager is more than ticking a box. It's about finding a team you can trust. Our plan management is delivered through Together Plan, working with you to make sure your plan works for your goals and priorities.

How is this support funded?

Plan management is funded through your NDIS plan, separately from your other supports. What a plan manager does (ndis.gov.au).

Plan-managed

You pay your providers and claim the money back from the NDIS yourself.

Common questions

What does a plan manager do?

A plan manager pays your providers, keeps track of your budget and sends you regular statements, so you don't have to manage the paperwork.

Does it cost me anything?

No. If plan management is in your NDIS plan, the fees are paid from that funding, not from your other supports.

Can I use providers that aren't NDIS registered?

Yes. Being plan-managed means you can use registered and unregistered providers, as long as the support is in line with your plan.

How do I add plan management to my plan?

Ask your planner or Local Area Coordinator, or raise it at your plan review. Plan management can be added at any time.
