We never take a one-size-fits-all approach. Our person-centred supports celebrate individuality and are tailored to help you reach your goals and live life your way.
In Home Support
Help with showering, dressing, meals, cleaning and getting through the day, at home and out and about. A few hours a week or 24/7, whatever you need.
Respite and Short Term Accommodation
Short stays and breaks that give you something new to look forward to, and give your family or carers time to recharge.
Day Options (DO Groups)
Our DO Groups are about getting together, trying new things and having fun. Art, outings, cooking, sport and plenty more.
Community Supports
Get out into your community, catch up with friends, join a club or go to the footy. We'll come along and support you.
Complex Care and Nursing
Skilled support for complex care needs, delivered by trained staff and nurses who know you and your support plan.
Everyday Life Skills
Build the skills you want for everyday life, work and independence, at your own pace and in your own way.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Live in your own home, with your own routine, and support there when you need it. Day or night.
Support Coordination
We help you understand your NDIS plan, find the right providers and keep everything working together.
Plan Management
We look after the invoices, budgets and paperwork for your NDIS funding, so you can get on with living your life.

At Empowering Connection, we believe every person deserves the freedom to shape their own life and the support to make it happen. Our story started with our directors' own families in the disability community, and that experience shapes everything we do.
