Personal care is personal. We ask how you like things done, protect your dignity and support you to do as much as you comfortably can for yourself. Your care plan reflects your preferences, cultural needs and the level of assistance you need.

Understanding your care options

The services in your plan depend on your needs, your care arrangements and any funding approval. If you have a Support at Home plan, we can talk through the support you have been approved for and discuss what can be arranged locally.

We explain service charges and any contributions or separate costs before you agree to care. If you are arranging care privately, ask our team about suitable options and a quote.
