Your choice and control

Our organisational values never get in the way of your right to choose your supports. Advice about support options, including ones we don't provide, is transparent.

Disclosing conflicts

Everyone who works with us must avoid conflicts where possible, and identify, disclose and manage any actual, potential or perceived conflict. Our leaders record them in a register of interests.

Gifts and benefits

Our people must not accept money, gifts or benefits that could influence the support they provide, and must not take or offer commissions that could affect your choice of provider.

Breaches

Failing to disclose a conflict of interest is a breach of this policy and may lead to disciplinary action.

Who and what it applies to

Any situation that could affect someone's impartiality or a participant's choice and control, and everyone who works with us.
