Psychology

support for your wellbeing

Evidence-based support from qualified psychologists to help you understand your feelings, build coping skills and feel more in control of your life.

What is it?

What is

psychology support?

Psychology support helps you understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and gives you practical strategies for the things you find hard. Sessions are with a qualified psychologist and are usually funded through the Capacity Building Supports in your NDIS plan.

We work at your pace, in a way that suits how you communicate, and we involve your family and other supports if you'd like us to. Our allied health team is growing, so get in touch to check availability.

This may suit you if you:

โœ“  Are finding it hard to cope with stress, worry or low mood

โœ“  Want strategies for managing big feelings

โœ“  Are going through a big change or a difficult time

โœ“  Would like support to build confidence and relationships

The EC Way

How we do it:

the EC Way

The EC Way is how we show up, every day. Small actions, every interaction. Here's what it looks like in psychology.

Choice and Control

You set the goals for your sessions, and we work towards them together.

Kindness

Care should feel human.

Warm, patient support without judgement.

Inclusion

Everyone belongs.

We adapt how we work so it suits you.

Respect

Dignity is never optional.

Your privacy and confidentiality are protected, always.
